Recently, Shenzhen Wenhui Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wenhui Technology") has officially reached a cooperation on whole-house smart home renovation with Beacon Energy (Pvt) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beacon Energy") from Pakistan. The two parties will work together to create a high-end intelligent upgrade project for an 11-story residential building in Islamabad, Pakistan, marking a key step in Wenhui Technology’s layout in the South Asian smart home market and a new breakthrough in its overseas market expansion.
It is reported that as an influential comprehensive enterprise in Pakistan, Beacon Energy has crossed over into the high-end residential real estate sector this time. It plans to build its 11-story residential building located in the DHA area of Islamabad into a high-end residential benchmark integrating intelligence, convenience and energy conservation, and then expand the local smart home retail and engineering renovation market. To ensure the project quality, Beacon Energy specially dispatched 6 core members, including CEO Mr. Nassir Kasuri and General Manager Mr. Mazhar Maqbool, to make a special trip to Wenhui Technology’s Shenzhen headquarters for on-site inspection and cooperation negotiations.
During the inspection, accompanied by Wenhui Technology’s professional team, the Beacon Energy team visited the R&D center, production base and smart product experience hall successively. They experienced the linkage effect of full-scenario smart homes such as home welcome and sleep energy saving on site, learned in detail about the core product technology, production process and quality control system, and highly recognized Wenhui Technology’s product strength and professional solutions. The two parties in-depth consulted on core details such as smart scenario setting, complete product supply and technical adaptation around the renovation needs of the 11-story residential building, and finally reached a consensus and signed a formal cooperation agreement.
According to the cooperation agreement, Wenhui Technology will provide a full set of one-stop smart home solutions for the project, focusing on "unified scenario setting + complete product supply". Combined with local living habits and building structure in Pakistan, Wenhui Technology has customized 4 types of standardized smart scenarios: home welcome, home leisure, sleep energy saving and public area energy saving, which can be uniformly managed and personalized adjusted through the central control panel and mobile APP. At the same time, it provides a full set of smart home package products with "1+2+N" architecture, covering four categories: control center, sensing and execution, security and convenience, and supporting equipment. These products can be directly adapted to Pakistan’s 230V voltage standard without additional modification, greatly reducing the project landing cost and cycle.
In addition, Wenhui Technology will also provide full-process technical support for the project, including installation guidance, scenario debugging, personnel training, 1-year product warranty and lifelong technical maintenance services, to fully ensure the stable landing and long-term operation of the project. At present, the smart home renovation project has been successfully launched, and it is expected to become a benchmark for high-end residential building intelligence in Pakistan, providing a high-quality model for the upgrading of local residential formats.
