Recently, a 6-member core delegation led by Mr. Nassir Kasuri (CEO) and Mr. Mazhar Maqbool (General Manager) of Pakistan’s Beacon Energy (Pvt) Ltd. paid a special visit to the Shenzhen headquarters of Shenzhen Wenhui Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wenhui Tech"). They conducted in-depth negotiations on the whole-house smart home renovation project of an 11-story residential building, and finally both parties officially finalized the cooperation details, reached a strategic consensus, and jointly promoted the intelligent upgrading of high-end residential formats in Pakistan.
It is reported that the visit of Beacon Energy’s delegation this time was an on-site inspection and cooperation confirmation based on multiple rounds of online communication in the early stage. All members of the delegation are core backbones of the company. In addition to the CEO and General Manager, they also include key post leaders such as Mr. Afsah Ahmed (Manager of Marketing & Technology) and Mr. Ahsen Yousaf (Manager of Procurement). The clear purpose of their visit was to select a professional and reliable smart home solution provider for the 11-story residential building under its umbrella located in Islamabad, Pakistan, and build a local benchmark for high-end intelligent residential.
Accompanied by Wenhui Tech’s professional team throughout the visit, the Beacon Energy delegation thoroughly visited the company’s R&D center, production base, and smart product experience hall. They observed the production process and quality control links of smart home products up close, experienced the full-scenario linkage effects such as home welcome, sleep energy saving, and public area control on site, and intuitively felt the stability and convenience of Wenhui Tech’s products. At the negotiation meeting, the two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on core issues such as the renovation needs of the 11-story residential building, smart scenario customization, and product adaptation standards. Wenhui Tech put forward a complete set of targeted solutions combined with local living habits and voltage standards in Pakistan, which was highly recognized by the delegation.
According to the cooperation agreement reached by both parties, Wenhui Tech will provide one-stop full-house smart home services for the 11-story residential building, focusing on two core aspects: unified smart scenario setting and complete set of product supply. Wenhui Tech will customize 4 types of standardized smart scenarios covering home entry, leisure, sleep, and public areas, which can be uniformly managed through the central control panel and mobile APP; at the same time, it will provide a full set of smart home packages with a "1+2+N" architecture. The products can be directly adapted to Pakistan’s 230V voltage standard without additional modification, effectively reducing the project landing cost. In addition, Wenhui Tech will also provide installation guidance, personnel training, and long-term after-sales support to ensure the smooth landing and stable operation of the project.
Mr. Nassir Kasuri, CEO of Beacon Energy, stated that during the visit to Wenhui Tech, he deeply felt the company’s professional strength and technological advantages in the smart home field.
